Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed at Whitedeer Gems. Should you be unhappy with your order for any reason, please return it to us for full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Please provide a copy or your receipt so that we may credit the appropriate account. No preapproval is necessary and we never charge a restocking fee. Whitedeer Gems is not responsible for return postage.
Product Warranty
We take pride in our work at Whitedeer Gems and make every effort to ensure that your product is free from defects in parts and workmanship. Should you find your product unsatisfactory due to a defect in parts or manufacture, we will make every attempt to correct the defect within one year of purchase. Damage not covered under this warranty includes damage due to normal wear, improper cleaning (please see our page on jewelry care), accidental damage, or damage caused by acts of nature.
