Credit Card Orders
All major credit cards are accepted. We use
Paypal as our credit card processor. No credit card information is provided
to us by Paypal. For your own safety, never email us with your credit card
information. For additional security, credit card payments are only accepted
via Paypal's shopping cart checkout process. A paypal account is not

Check & Money Order Payments
If you would like to order via mail please print the order form provided. Order form is in PDF format and will require Adobe Acrobat to print. All check and money order payments should be in U.S. dollars. Please do not send cash. Allow 7-10 business days for payment clearance.
